Terms, in short
What the product does for you, what stays yours, and what stays your responsibility.
Effective 6 Sep 2026
A business agreement between you and the company that operates and commercialises Dardaris. The product does the operational work, you keep the decisions and the responsibility for your property.
This page summarises the clauses that matter most and it is a reading aid, nothing more. It does not cover every clause, it is not the agreement, and where it and the full terms differ, the full terms are the ones that count. Each card below opens the clause it summarises.
1. Parties and acceptance
Read this section in fullDardaris is a product of Techroun LLC, Shams Business Center, Sharjah Media City Free Zone, Al Messaned, Sharjah, trade licence number 2543150.01 issued by Sharjah Media City, tax registration number 105325244900001. Your contract is with that company, not with the product: it invoices you, owes you the service and answers for it. Businesses only, never a consumer, and whoever accepts confirms they can bind the business.
3. The Service
Read this section in fullAI-assisted software for managing property. It is not a property manager, an agent, a lawyer, an accountant, an estate agent or a bank, and nothing it produces is legal, financial or professional advice. Where an activity is regulated where you are, you are the one performing it and any licence it needs is yours.
4. Core AI processing
Read this section in fullEverything you put in or connect is read and processed by models, so that it can be indexed, searched, answered from and automated over. That covers documents, attachments and connected mailbox content, and the personal data in them. You cannot opt out of the AI processing the standard service needs. If you do not want particular data processed this way, do not put it in.
7. Model training, improvement and feedback
Read this section in fullYour content is never used to train a general purpose or shared model, ours or a provider's, and we restrict our providers contractually. Your own indexes, usage data, anonymous data and your feedback are the exceptions.
9. Your warranties
Read this section in fullThat you collected your content lawfully, that you may hand it over, that your own privacy notices describe the AI processing, that you connect only sources you control, and that you hold whatever licence or registration your own activity requires.
11. Output and human review
Read this section in fullOutput is a probability, not a finding. It can be wrong in a way that reads as right. Check it against the source before you rely on it, before you send it, and before you let it affect anybody.
12. Configured Workflows and unattended execution
Read this section in fullYou decide what runs on its own. Where you switch on unattended execution you do it knowingly and you accept that output is acted on without review. The tiers, caps and audit records reduce risk; they do not remove your duty to check your settings and the results, and we do not warrant that every legally significant action stops for approval or that every deadline is caught.
13. Maintenance, contractors and attendance at a property
Read this section in fullWe instruct a contractor on your behalf and as your disclosed agent. The contract for the works is between you and them. We do not vet, licence, insure or supervise a contractor and we are not liable for what one does. Where an automation you enabled sends somebody out and nothing is wrong, the cost is yours, though clause 13.6 sets out a goodwill credit if the fault was ours. Emergency features are not an emergency service and must not be relied on as one.
14. Communications, consent and debt recovery
Read this section in fullYou decide who is contacted and on what channel, and every consent, opt-out and quiet-hours rule is yours to comply with. Where you chase money owed to you, you are the creditor: check the sum is genuinely outstanding before a demand goes out.
15. Tenant selection, housing and credit decisions
Read this section in fullThe product must never be the sole or determining basis of a decision about a person: screening a tenant, assessing creditworthiness, ending a tenancy, evicting. Any score or ranking it shows is an aid to your own assessment and nothing more.
16. Jurisdiction packs and legal content
Read this section in fullA jurisdiction pack applies a rule consistently. It is not a statement of the law, and a value the product marks as unverified is a placeholder you must confirm before relying on it.
21. Data location
Read this section in fullThe standard service makes no promise about which country your data sits in. A file you upload is held in object storage configured for the European Union, separately from the database, which is not pinned anywhere; that is where things stand today rather than a commitment. If a location is mandatory for you, ask before you sign up, and treat only a signed document as a commitment.
24. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Read this section in fullThe service and its output are provided as is and as available. Our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the last twelve months, aggregate across everything, and never covers indirect loss, lost profit, lost data or a decision you took on output. Nothing limits what the law says cannot be limited.
25. Your indemnity
Read this section in fullIf somebody else brings a claim because of your content, your instructions, your use of output, an attendance you instructed, a decision about a person or a message sent from your account, you cover us for it. Not where the fault was ours, and not where the law where you are does not allow it.
26. Fees, term, termination and deletion
Read this section in fullCharged in advance, exclusive of VAT, renewing automatically until you cancel. A failed payment gets a reasonable chance to be fixed. Export what you need before you go, because after the retrieval period deletion is deletion.
28. United States
Read this section in fullWe are not a consumer reporting agency and output is not a consumer report, so it must not be used to screen a tenant. Fair housing, equal credit, message consent, debt collection and state AI duties are yours. Both of us waive a jury trial and class proceedings so far as the law allows.
31. Governing law and disputes
Read this section in fullthe laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes going to the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, without prejudice to a jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded or to a regulator's powers. Before either of us goes to court, write to the other and allow 30 days.
