SolutionsAsk your portfolio

Ask your portfolio.
Get the answer, not the files.

Who has not paid, when a lease ends, what deposit you took. Ask in your own words and Dardaris works the answer out from your own records, says what it read, and shows the document it came from.

Dardaris is early and still moving. Nothing goes out in your name until you approve it.

What today costs

The answer exists. Finding it is the work.

Almost everything you need to know about your buildings is already written down somewhere. What costs you is the hunt.

  • One answer, three places to look

Who paid is in the bank app, what they owe is in a spreadsheet, and the lease is in a folder. One question means three tabs and a calculator.

  • The question you put off

When does that lease end? You know you should check. Finding out takes an evening, so it waits until it is urgent.

  • The document you know you have

The signed lease, the deposit terms, the deed. It is somewhere in your mail or a drive, under a name you no longer remember.

Today

With Dardaris

  • You open the bank app, then the spreadsheet, to see who paid.

You ask who has not paid this month and get the names and the amounts.

  • You search your inbox for the signed lease.

You ask where the lease is and get the passage, with the document beside it.

  • You work an end date out from a start date and a term.

The date is read off the lease record, the same one every screen uses.

  • A figure you are not sure of goes into the email anyway.

Every answer says how many records it read, and says so when nothing on file answers.

  • Monday starts with a look through everything, just in case.

Monday starts with a short briefing of what changed and what waits for you.

How it works

Your records in, plain answers out.

It answers from what you have entered, uploaded or connected. The more of your portfolio is in, the more it can answer.

  1. Step 1

    Add your buildings

Type them in, or upload the title deed and confirm the address of each property it names.

  2. Step 2

Bring the leases and the bank

Upload a signed lease to have it read into a record, then connect a bank account or upload a statement.

  3. Step 3

    Ask in your own words

At the front desk, or from the assistant in any room. It works the figure out from your records, never from memory.

  4. Step 4

    Decide what happens next

When an answer calls for a change, it offers the change as a button. Nothing changes until you press it.

What you get

One place to ask, about everything you hold.

A briefing, not a dashboard

The front desk opens with what is happening across your buildings, in plain sentences, and what waits for your decision. Built only from records that exist.

Dardaris

Good morning.

Figures worked out, not guessed

Totals, balances and dates are computed from your records, and the answer says how many it read. When nothing on file answers, it tells you so.

The document, and the line in it

Ask for a lease, a deed or a receipt and get the passage that answers you. It searches your team’s own files and nobody else’s.

What deposit did we take on Riverside Court, Unit 2A?

Signed lease, Riverside Court, Unit 2A

“The tenant pays a rental deposit of two months’ rent into a blocked account in their name.”

Article 6

A change offered, never made for you

Ask it to record something and it prepares the change as a button. You read it, then press it, or you do not.

K. Marek paid €1.090 in cash today.

Dardaris

Here is that payment, ready to record against Harbour View, Unit 2F.

The same assistant in every room

Open it over any screen you are on, pick an earlier conversation back up from the history, or start a new one.

A building set up from its deed

Upload the title deed and it reads the properties it conveys. You confirm the address of each, because that address decides which housing law applies.

Where it stops

It reads everything. It changes nothing on its own.

Answers come from your records, and only yours.

Dardaris answers from what your team has on file and the documents you filed with it. It does not fill a gap from the internet or from another owner’s records, and an answer it cannot trace to a record is an answer it does not give.

Waits for you, every time

  • Any change to a record, until you press the button
  • A reply to a tenant, which waits in Signing
  • Write access for a connected assistant, until you grant it
  • The address of a building read from a deed, until you confirm it

Everything it prepares comes with the reason behind it.

Questions owners ask

Before you trust it with a question.

Can it make a figure up?

It works figures out from your records rather than writing them from memory, and every answer says how many records it read. When nothing on file answers the question, it tells you that instead. It is early software, so check a figure before you act on something important.

Is my data used to train AI models?

No. Your content is read by models to index it and to answer you, and the privacy policy promises it is not used to train them. Your team’s records and files are searched for your team only.

What if my records are incomplete?

Then the answer is incomplete in the same way, and it says what it read. Start with one building, its leases and its bank account, and the answers grow with what you bring in.

Which languages can I ask in?

Ask in the language you think in. The product itself reads in English, French, Dutch, German, Spanish and Arabic.

Can I use it from Claude?

Yes. Connect Claude, or another assistant that supports MCP, through a secure sign-in to your account. You choose whether it may only read or may also change records, and a change asked for there goes through the same checks as one made on screen.

What does it cost?

The front desk comes with every plan. Very heavy AI use beyond what your plan includes is billed separately, and the pricing page sets out how.
