SolutionsTenant emails
Every tenant email, answered.
You read it and approve.
Dardaris reads the mailbox your tenants already write to, files each email under the lease it is about, and drafts the reply from your own records, in the language it was written in. Nothing leaves until you approve it.
Dardaris is early and still moving. Nothing goes out in your name until you approve it.

Drafted reply
Waits for youHello A. Duval, yes. Your transfer of €980 arrived on 3 March and is matched to your March rent. Nothing is outstanding.

What today costs
An inbox costs more than the time it takes.
The hours are the part you notice. The rest is the answer given from memory, and the email that sat unread.
The evening inbox
Ten emails after dinner, and each one needs the lease, the last payment and the earlier thread open in three other places before you can write two lines.
The reply written from memory
A tenant asks what they still owe. You answer from memory, the figure is a month out, and now that sentence is in writing.
The email that mattered
A notice to leave or a word about a lawyer arrives between two questions about the bins, and you see it a week late.
Today
With Dardaris
You open the email, then the lease, then the bank, to answer one question.
The email arrives filed under its lease, with a reply already drafted from the records.
You write in whatever language you manage, and hope it reads right.
The reply is drafted in the language the tenant wrote in.
The figures come from memory, or from a spreadsheet last updated in spring.
The figures come from your records, and a draft whose figures do not add up is not kept.
An urgent email waits in the pile with everything else.
Anything angry, legal or urgent is put in front of you first.
A lease sent as an attachment sits in your downloads folder.
A lease or a title deed that arrives is read and filed for you to check.
How it works
It files first, then writes, then waits for you.
A reply is only as good as what it is read against. So every email is tied to its lease before a word is drafted.
- Step 1
Connect your mailbox
The address your tenants already write to, with a password or a Microsoft sign-in. Or take a team address on our domain.
- Step 2
Each email is filed
Against the lease, the unit or the building it is about, with what it is asking for worked out.
- Step 3
A reply is drafted
From your records, in the sender’s language, using only what that sender may know.
- Step 4
You approve it
In Signing, or from Telegram. Approve it, change a line, or decline it. It leaves from the mailbox the email arrived in.
What you get
An inbox that arrives already sorted.
Filed where it belongs
Each email lands on the lease, unit or building it is about, so the whole conversation sits with the record.

Each sender is told only their own
A tenant is answered from their own lease and payments. Another tenant’s details are never written into the draft, nor into what the model reads.

What matters comes to you
A lawyer, an emergency, a notice to leave, a tone that has turned. These are put in front of you, never handled on their own.
“My lawyer will contact you about the deposit.”
Mentions a lawyer
“Water is coming through the ceiling.”
Emergency
“We will leave the flat on 30 June.”
Notice to leave
Attachments read on arrival

Your address, or ours
Connect Microsoft 365, Outlook or any mailbox that takes a password. Or give tenants a team address on our domain.
Ask for another version
Not quite right? Say what to change, and the reply is written again from the same records.
Where it stops
Nothing is sent without you.
A draft stays a draft until you approve it.
Dardaris reads, files and writes. Sending is yours. Every reply waits in Signing beside the email it answers, and leaves from your own mailbox only once you approve it.
Waits for you, every time
- Every reply, to a tenant or to anyone else
- An email that mentions a lawyer or a court
- An emergency, or a notice to leave
- A reply to a sender whose address cannot be proved
Everything it prepares comes with the reason behind it.
Questions owners ask
What owners ask before they connect a mailbox.
Does a reply ever go out without me?
No. Every reply waits in Signing until you approve it. You can change any line first, or decline it, and then nothing is sent.
What does the AI model see?
The email, and the facts from your records that this sender is allowed to know. Another tenant’s details are never written into what the model reads. Our privacy policy names the providers we use.
Will my tenants know the reply was drafted for me?
The reply leaves from your own mailbox, in your name, after you have read it. What it says, and whether you mention how it was drafted, is your decision.
What if the draft is wrong?
Change it yourself, or ask for another version and say what to change. A draft whose figures do not match your records is not kept in the first place.
Which mailboxes can I connect?
Microsoft 365 and Outlook with a Microsoft sign-in, and most other mailboxes with a password. A connected mailbox is read every hour. A team address on our domain receives mail as it is sent.
Which languages does it write in?
The reply is drafted in the language the tenant writes to you in, whichever language you read the product in.
Hand over this part first.
Bring one building. Watch a month of it running. Move the rest across only if the month convinced you.
