Request id
The request id is worth quoting in a message: it is the same id in our own logs.
If it is answering and something is still wrong, start at support. If it is not answering, tell us anyway. There is no alerting behind this page yet, so a report is sometimes how we find out, and we would much rather hear it twice than not at all.
