Nevada eviction notice: a free template with the statute cited
In Nevada, a landlord owed rent serves a 7-day notice to pay rent or quit: the tenant has 7 days, not counting weekends and court holidays to pay in full or move out, and paying in time stops the eviction (Nev. Rev. Stat. §§ 40.2512(1)(b), 40.253(1)).

Fill in the eviction notice template Nevada landlords serve
The notice a landlord serves before filing for unpaid rent.
The month or period the rent was for.
In Nevada, the 7-day notice to pay rent or quit gives the tenant 7 days, not counting weekends and court holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are skipped in that count; each holiday inside it moves the end one day later. Paying the full amount inside the period stops the eviction, by statute.
Nev. Rev. Stat. §§ 40.2512(1)(b), 40.253(1): Seven judicial days, ending at the close of business of the court on the seventh judicial day after service, and the tenant may file an affidavit contesting it within that time. A tenancy of a week or less that has lasted 45 days or less may instead get a notice ending at noon of the fourth full day.
Every field is optional; a blank one prints as a line to write on. The notice is in English, as it is served in the US.
