The month or period the rent was for.

In New Mexico, the 3-day notice of nonpayment of rent gives the tenant 3 days. Paying the full amount inside the period stops the eviction, by statute.

N.M. Stat. Ann. § 47-8-33(D), (H): Tender of the full amount due, in the manner stated in the notice, before the 3 days run out bars any action for nonpayment. If the last day to cure falls on a weekend or federal holiday it moves to the next working day.

Every field is optional; a blank one prints as a line to write on. The notice is in English, as it is served in the US.
