Free eviction notice Florida landlords can use
Florida eviction notice: a free template with the statute cited
In Florida, a landlord owed rent serves a 3-day notice to pay rent or deliver possession: the tenant has 3 days, not counting weekends and court holidays to pay in full or move out, and paying in time stops the eviction (Fla. Stat. § 83.56(3), (5)).

Fill in the eviction notice template Florida landlords serve
The notice a landlord serves before filing for unpaid rent.
The month or period the rent was for.
In Florida, the 3-day notice to pay rent or deliver possession gives the tenant 3 days, not counting weekends and court holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are skipped in that count; each holiday inside it moves the end one day later. Paying the full amount inside the period stops the eviction, by statute.
Fla. Stat. § 83.56(3), (5): Three days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and court-observed legal holidays, after delivery. The landlord may terminate only if the default continues past the period, so paying the rent demanded in time ends it; accepting partial rent can waive the notice unless the landlord follows the statute's steps.
Every field is optional; a blank one prints as a line to write on. The notice is in English, as it is served in the US.

What the statute says about unpaid rent
Three days excluding Saturdays, Sundays and court-observed legal holidays, after delivery. The landlord may terminate only if the default continues past the period, so paying the rent demanded in time ends it; accepting partial rent can waive the notice unless the landlord follows the statute's steps. (Fla. Stat. § 83.56(3), (5))
What the statute says about a lease violation
Curable breaches must be corrected within 7 days of delivery, and a repeat within 12 months allows filing without a new notice. Serious breaches such as intentional damage or continued unreasonable disturbance get a 7-day notice to vacate with no cure. (Fla. Stat. § 83.56(2)(a), (b))
