Free eviction notice Georgia landlords can use
Georgia eviction notice: a free template with the statute cited
In Georgia, a landlord owed rent serves a notice to vacate or pay: the tenant has 3 business days, not counting Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays to pay in full or move out, and paying in time stops the eviction (O.C.G.A. § 44-7-50(c); O.C.G.A. § 44-7-52).

Fill in the eviction notice template Georgia landlords serve
The notice a landlord serves before filing for unpaid rent.
The month or period the rent was for.
In Georgia, the notice to vacate or pay gives the tenant 3 business days, not counting Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are skipped in that count; each holiday inside it moves the end one day later. Paying the full amount inside the period stops the eviction, by statute.
O.C.G.A. § 44-7-50(c); O.C.G.A. § 44-7-52: Since the Safe at Home Act (2024), the landlord must give written notice to vacate or pay all past due rent, late fees, utilities and other charges within three business days before filing. After filing, the tenant may also tender everything owed plus court costs within seven days of service, a defense usable once in 12 months.
Every field is optional; a blank one prints as a line to write on. The notice is in English, as it is served in the US.

What the statute says about unpaid rent
Since the Safe at Home Act (2024), the landlord must give written notice to vacate or pay all past due rent, late fees, utilities and other charges within three business days before filing. After filing, the tenant may also tender everything owed plus court costs within seven days of service, a defense usable once in 12 months. (O.C.G.A. § 44-7-50(c); O.C.G.A. § 44-7-52)
What the statute says about a lease violation
The landlord must demand possession before filing, but no statute sets a minimum number of days or a right to cure for a breach other than rent. The lease's own notice terms apply. (O.C.G.A. § 44-7-50(a))
