Free eviction notice Pennsylvania landlords can use

Pennsylvania eviction notice: a free template with the statute cited

In Pennsylvania, a landlord owed rent serves a 10-day notice to quit: the tenant has 10 days to move out before you can file, and the statute gives no right to stop it by paying (68 P.S. § 250.501(b), (e); 68 P.S. § 250.503(c)).

Fill in the eviction notice template Pennsylvania landlords serve

The notice a landlord serves before filing for unpaid rent.

The month or period the rent was for.

In Pennsylvania, the 10-day notice to quit gives the tenant 10 days. The statute does not give the tenant a right to stop the eviction by paying.

68 P.S. § 250.501(b), (e); 68 P.S. § 250.503(c): The lease may shorten or waive the notice. Paying within the 10 days is not a statutory cure, but in a case brought only for unpaid rent the tenant can stop the eviction by paying the arrears and costs before the order for possession is carried out.

Every field is optional; a blank one prints as a line to write on. The notice is in English, as it is served in the US.
