The owner report

One report per entity per period: what came in, what went out, what is outstanding, and what is standing empty. It is generated from the same records the front desk speaks from, so a figure in the report and a figure in the briefing cannot disagree.

What is in it

• Rent invoiced against rent received, with the gap named rather than averaged away
• Costs, split into recoverable and not, from costs and service charges
• Arrears at the close of the period, and where each case had reached on the ladder
• Vacancy, in days and in rent not earned
• Short-stay performance where the entity has any

Exporting

Every table, and the report itself, exports as CSV, ready for a co-owner or an accountant without editing it first.

Reading it yourself

The Money room holds the live version of all of this, and the numbers page is the whole portfolio on one screen for the days you would rather read than ask. Nobody has to go there. Most days nobody should: the front desk already told you what changed. See the front desk.
