Alabama eviction notice: a free template with the statute cited

The notice a landlord serves before filing for unpaid rent.
The month or period the rent was for.
In Alabama, the 7-day notice to terminate the lease gives the tenant 7 business days, not counting Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays. Saturdays and Sundays are skipped in that count; each holiday inside it moves the end one day later. Paying the full amount inside the period stops the eviction, by statute.
Ala. Code § 35-9A-421(b), (d): The notice must state the rent and late fees owed, and the lease terminates only if the tenant does not pay them within seven business days after receipt. A tenant may cure a breach no more than twice in 12 months without the landlord's written consent.
Every field is optional; a blank one prints as a line to write on. The notice is in English, as it is served in the US.

What the statute says about unpaid rent
The notice must state the rent and late fees owed, and the lease terminates only if the tenant does not pay them within seven business days after receipt. A tenant may cure a breach no more than twice in 12 months without the landlord's written consent. (Ala. Code § 35-9A-421(b), (d))
What the statute says about a lease violation
Curable if remedied within seven business days after receipt, but illegal drugs, illegal firearm use, criminal assault, a repeat of the same breach within six months, and a material misrepresentation on the application are not curable and allow termination on seven days' notice. (Ala. Code § 35-9A-421(a), (d))
Delivery
How to serve an eviction notice in Alabama
