How do I add a building?
Open Buildings and add the address and a name. The name is yours to choose: if the deed says "Residentie Ter Linden" and you call it the Ghent block, call it the Ghent block. Dardaris uses your name for it everywhere, in the briefing and in reports, and keeps the legal name on the record for the documents that need it.
Set the jurisdiction while you are there. It is the one field worth getting right on the day, because it decides deposit caps, notice periods and how indexation is calculated, and it is easier to set now than to correct across six leases later. Units come next. Meters, keys, inventories and valuations can all wait, and nothing is blocked while they are empty.
Why did Dardaris not send that letter?
Because it was not allowed to. A formal notice of default sits at Review, always, which means Dardaris prepares it and waits for you. Only the first rung of the arrears ladder goes out on its own, because a free reminder a few days late is the one that actually works. Everything from the second reminder onward either adds money to the debt or starts a legal step, and it comes to you first with the calculation shown in full.
Whatever stopped it is written on the item in Signing, and it is the third thing you are shown: the limit that held it, named. That sentence is the one that tells you whether this genuinely needed you, or whether your cap is set lower than you meant it to be.
How do I change what it may do without asking me?
Settings, under Automations. Every workflow runs at one of three tiers and you set them per rule. Auto does it and you see it in the activity log afterwards. Notify does it and tells you the moment it does. Review prepares it and nothing happens until you approve.
A spend cap sits over all of them, and it can only ever make the system more cautious than a workflow asks for. A rule set to Auto that wants to spend over your cap becomes Review. It never works the other way round, and neither do quiet hours or a tenant you flagged. Nothing loosens a guardrail, in any circumstance: a Review waits until you answer it, and the item says which limit held it.
How do I get my figures out?
Every table in the Money room exports as CSV, and so does the owner report, ready to hand to a co-owner or an accountant without editing it first.
If you would rather read than ask, Statistics is the whole portfolio on one screen. Most days nobody should need it, because the front desk already said what changed. It is there for the days you want to check rather than be told.
Is any of this legal advice?
No. Regional rules are kept as configurable packs, and every rule in a pack carries a flag for whether we could confirm it against a primary source. Anything we could not confirm is shown to you as something to check, never presented as settled fact.
That flag is visible on the rule itself, not buried in a footer. A product that quietly rounds an unverified rule up to a certainty is one you would be right to stop trusting.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export everything, in full. The leases, the documents and the history come out in a format you can open elsewhere, and the control is in Settings under Account. There is no contract holding you and nothing is held back to make leaving harder.

- Wenn etwas eher kaputt als verwirrend wirkt: Die Statusseite fragt die API aus Ihrem eigenen Browser und sagt Ihnen, was sie geantwortet hat.
- Wenn Sie nicht in Ihr Konto kommen, beginnen Sie bei Anmelden. Bei jedem Versuch wird ein neuer sechsstelliger Code verschickt, und der vorherige verliert seine Gültigkeit, sobald der neue ankommt.
